摘 要:当前实验教学与科研所用的直流电源不能满足综合电路的应用,为了解决这个问题,本文提出了设计一个同时输出±5V、±12V固定电压和-5V~+5V连续可调电压的电源方案。本设计采用模块化的系统结构;基于线性串联式稳压的原理,以集成稳压器78**、79**系列芯片为核心,设计输出固定电压的基础模块;基于跟踪式稳压的设计思路,设计输出-5V~+5V连续可调的电压模块;使用专用芯片ICL7107设计LED显示电路,显示连续可调电压值;用I-V转换、电压比较电路进行输出短路保护。通过样品实验测试,得出了各种输出电压的负载效应参数,均符合要求。结果表明,本设计研究的产品性能可靠,稳定性高,适应性强。At present,the DC power supply used in experimental teaching and scientific research could not fit for the need of integrated circuit use. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a design schema which can simultaneously provides the used fixed voltage, such as ± 5 V and ± 12 V, and the voltage can he continuously tuned between -5- +5 V. This design adopts modular system structure, based on the linear serial constant voltage principle, we take integrated stabilized voltage device, such as 78 * * and 79 * * series chip as the core, and then complete the base module fixed output voltage. Based on tracking constant voltage designing method, the output of -5- +5V continuously adjustable voltage module is also designed. We choose specialized chip ICL7107 to design the LED display circuit, which is used to demonstrate continual variable voltage. The short circuit protection uses I-V transforming and voltage comparator. By sample testing, we get load effect parameters of output voltage. The results show that this design has reliable performance, high stability and strong adaptability.
