摘 要:基于CPLD控制技术和存储测试理论能实时实况地记录被测炮弹弹上引信电池的变化数据的测试系统。为了测试某型号炮弹在发射瞬间和发射升空后的弹上引信电池电压和电流的变化,特别是在捕获在炮膛内几万个g值甚至几十万个g值的高冲击条件下引信电池电压变化数据,具有一定的难度,主要介绍了微型弹上电池测试系统的基本原理,特别介绍了存储测试电路的触发方式和利用CPLD的设计的控制电路,并给出了利用本测试系统获得某型号炮弹弹上引信电池的实测数据。Designing a test system, which is based on the CPLD control technique and memory test theory, can real-time and actually record the variable data of the fuze battery on the tested cannonball. It is quite difficulty to test the variation of voltage and electrical current of the fuze battery on the cannonball, when a certain model cannonball is launched or after its lift-off, especially in the HI high impact condition to capture tens of thousands g value even hundreds of thousands g value in the barrel of the cannonball, to test the variation of the voltage about the fuze battery. The issue mainly introduces the fundamental principle of battery test system on miniature cannonball, especially the triggering mode of memory test circuit and the control circuit designed by CPLD, and then it gives the actual measurement data of fuze battery on a eertain mode eannonball, which is tested by this system.
