异紫堇定预防大鼠肺水肿的实验研究

摘　　要：本研究用中草药异紫堇定预防用肾上腺素所致大鼠急性致死性肺水肿。实验分三组：正常生理盐水对照组，肺水肿实验组及异紫堇定预防组。结果表明，注射肾上腺素导致大鼠１００％致死性肺水肿，动物约十分钟后死亡，双肺明显肿大、出血、水肿、肺系数明显增高。而另外两组未发生肺水肿，１００％存活处死。大鼠存活率、存活时间、肺系数与肺水肿组相比均有显著差异。显示了异紫堇定具有明显的预防肺水肿效应。In the present paper,the prevention of acute lethal pulmonary edema in rats which were caused by adrenalin were observed with isocorydine Result indicated that there were significant differences respectively in survival time,survival rate and pulmonary coefficient when the prevention group compared with the pulmonary edema group It showed that Isocorydine was advantageous in prevention of pulmonary edema
