摘　　要：无线资源控制(RRC)子层位于TD-SCDMA系统空中接口协议栈的第三层,安全模式控制过程是RRC子层中的一个重要过程,它所包含的完整性保护功能和加密功能在提高网络的安全性方面有着很大的作用。文中重点研究安全模式控制过程在TD-SCDMA终端RRC子层的实现情况。RRC lies in the 3^rd sublayer of air interface protocol stack in TD-SCDMA system. Security mode control is an important procedure in RRC. It includes two functions： integrity protection and ciphering, which play very important roles in improving the security of network.
