摘 要:目的:确定不同类型的胎心率减速中胎儿血氧饱和度的相应改变。方法:测定120例产妇在临产后的480次不同类型减速,在7个不同时间点的血氧饱和度。结果:①胎儿血氧饱和度在各型减速中均有不同程度下降,以延长减速下降幅度最大,早期减速下降幅度最小;②在减速发生前2min,胎儿血氧饱和度值以迟发型减速最低,其次为变异减速,而早期减速、延长减速最高。所有减速恢复后血氧饱和度均恢复。结论:胎儿血氧饱和度改变与胎心率减速改变同时发生,与胎心率减速相比,胎儿血氧饱和度能更早反应胎儿宫内情况。Objective: To determine the behavior of fetal oxygen saturation ( FSaO2 ) in different patterns of fetal heart rate (FHR) decelerations. Methods: A total of 480 decelerations of 120 women were determined, and fetal oxygen saturation was measured at seven different times. Results: ①Fetal oxygen saturation declined in various degrees in different patterns of fetal heart rate decelerations, and the the largest range was at prolonged deceleration drop and early deceleration was the smallest. ②2 mins before the onset of deceleration, fetal oxygen saturation seemed lowest in the late deceleration, and secondary deceleration was in the variable deceleration, however, early and prolonged deceleration seemed the highest. Fetal oxygen saturation recovered as deceleration's recovery in every pattern of fetal heart rate decelerations. Conclusion: Modifications in FHR decelerations occur simultaneously with alterations of fetal oxygen saturation. As for different degrees of fetal oxygen saturation, it seemed as an expression of fetal respiratory status prior to FHR decelerations.
