摘　　要：对45 MN铝合金厚板液压拉伸机在满负荷和降负荷拉伸情况进行试验。确定了在满负荷和降负荷拉伸之间,实际板材拉伸需要降负荷拉伸的拉伸力公式,以及满负荷拉伸最小板材宽度对设备成本的影响。Use instance in full load and lower load stretching about 45 MN hydraulic stretcher of aluminium alloy plate is studied.In the end, formula of stretching force that real plate stretching requires lower load stretching between full load and lower load stretching is confirmed, and influence of equipment cost about minimum width of plate in full load stretching is confirmed.
