摘　　要：图书馆良好的信息服务有赖于高质量的文献资源体系。网络环境下,图书馆电子资源的应用越来越备受关注。然而,电子资源购置经费紧张和读者对电子资源需求程度加深之间的矛盾却愈演愈烈。这就需要图书馆员加强对电子资源的评估,以便挑选高质量和最有价值的信息源为读者更好地提供服务。本文探讨了对图书馆电子资源评价的必要性,论述了一系列电子资源评估的方法。Good library information services depend on the high quality of a library resources system. Under the network circumstances, the application of electronic resources has attracted more and more attention. However, the contradiction between funds tension for the purchase of electronic resources and users＇ increasing needs for electronic resources have intensified, which, as a result, needs librarians to strengthen the evaluation of electronic resources with the expectation to select the most valuable information resources and provide better services for readers. This paper discusses the necessity to evaluate electronic resources of libraries and expounds series of methods.
