摘　　要：[目的]比较Genefinder和EB对DNA电泳谱带定量分析的影响。[方法]用加入Genefinder或EB的琼脂糖凝胶进行PBR322DNA电泳,并用凝胶成像分析系统进行标准曲线相关性等分析。[结果]用Genefinder作染料,标准曲线相关性、样品含量百分误差、灵敏度等都比EB好。[结论]用Genefinder作染料不仅提高了定量分析的质量,而且安全、无污染,有利于保护环境。[Objective] The aim was to research the effect of the DNA band dyed by Genefinder and EB on quantitative analysis in electrophoresis. [Method] PBR322 DNA electrophoresis was made on an agarose gel with Genefinder or EB. Quantitative analysis was finished by gel imaging and analysis system.[Result] Standard curve correlation, the percentage error of the sample and the sensitivity were better by using Genefinder instead of EB, [Conclusion] It was not only improved the quality of quantitative analysis, but also protected against pollution of environment with Genefinder.
