摘 要:[目的]为铁十字海棠的产业化生产提供参考依据。[方法]以铁十字海棠叶片为外植体,通过诱导与分化、生根和壮苗等组织培养获得铁十字海棠幼苗,研究其外植体诱导与快繁技术。[结果]铁十字海棠的外植体对愈伤组织诱导率达95%以上,且愈伤组织易于分化,经生根和壮苗后得到铁十字海棠幼苗,单个组织块的愈伤组织最多可分化出30株幼苗。[结论]铁十字海棠叶片可诱导大量愈伤组织并分化成幼苗,且分化率较高,这可能与铁十字海棠的生物学特性有关。铁十字海棠叶片可作为铁十字海棠工业化生产的材料。[Objective] The aim of the research was to provide reference basis for the industrialization production of Begonia masoniana Irms. [Method] With leaf blade of B. masoniana as explants, B. masoniana seedlings were obtained from tissue culture such as induction, differentiation, rooting and strong seedling cultivation to study its technologies of explants induction and rapid propagation. [Result] The callus induction rate of explants of B. masoniana reached more than 95 %. The calli were easy to be differentiated and B. masoniana seedlings were obtained after rooting culture and strong seedling cultivation. 30 seedlings could be differentiated from calli of single tissue block at most. [Conclusion] Leaf blades of B. masoniana could induce a large number of calli and differentiate into seedlings with higher differentiation rate, which was related with the biological characteristics of B. masoniana. Leaf blades of B. masoniana could be taken as materials in the industrialization production of B. masoniana Irms.
