摘  要:[目的]为草石蚕的科学栽培提供依据。[方法]分别在5月20日和10月15日取草石蚕绿苗期的幼嫩枝条进行扦插育苗,观察幼苗生根和生长情况并计算成活率及繁殖系数,寻找其扦插繁殖的最佳环境条件。[结果]在春季,草石蚕的扦插苗在20d后即可生根,生根率达95%,生根后成活率为100%,而繁殖系数达到23.75。而秋季扦插苗的生根率只有10%左右,繁殖系数为2.5。春季扦插苗在整个生育过程中生长良好,能正常越冬,次年正常萌发。[结论]草石蚕的扦插繁殖以春季(5月20日左右)为宜。[Objective] The aim of the research was to provide basis for the scientific culture of Stachys sieboldii Miq. [Method] Young shoots of S. sieboldii in green seedling stage were taken on May 20th and October 15^th for raising seedlings by cutting. The rooting and the growth of seedling were examined and the survival rate and the propagation coefficient were calculated to seek out the optimum environmental conditions for its cutting propagation. [Result] In spring, the cutting seedlings of S. sieboldii could root after 20 d, the rooting rate reached 95 %, the survival rate was 100 % and the propagation coefficient reached 23.75. While the rooting rate of the cutting seedlings in autumn was only about 10 % and the propagation coefficient was 2.5. The cutting seedlings in spring grew well in the whole growth period, and it could normally go through winter and germinate normally in the next year. [Conclusion] Spring(about May 20^th) was suitable for the cutting propagation or S. sieboldii.
