河南产牡丹皮中多糖含量的测定

摘　　要：[目的]测定河南产牡丹皮多糖的含量。[方法]采用苯酚-硫酸法,以葡萄糖(105℃干燥至恒重)为对照品。[结果]在40～102μg/ml的范围内,样品的浓度与吸光度有良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=9.3683C-0.0179(r=0.99965),加标回收率为96.67%(n=4,RSD=1.82%),牡丹皮多糖的平均含量为7.56%。[结论]河南产牡丹皮的多糖含量较高,具有较高的药用价值和开发前景。[Objective] The aim of the paper was to determine the content of polysaccharide in tree peony bark of Henan province. [Method] The content of polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method, and was compared with glucose （drying at 105℃ to keep constant weight）. [Result] The sample concentration was good linear relationship with absorbance within 40-102 μg/ml. And the equation of linear regression was A =9.368 3 C-0.017 9 （r=0.999 65 ）, the average recovery was 96. 47 %（n=4, RSD=1.82 %）, and the average concentration of polysaccharide was 7.56 %. [Conclusion] The content of polysaccharide in rree peony bark of Henan province was high, and it had higher medical value and development foreground.
