摘  要:[目的]确定检测白僵菌代谢物杀虫活性的最佳方法。[方法]以云斑天牛幼虫为试虫,采用表皮接触、口服和血腔注射3种生物测定方法测定白僵菌代谢物的杀虫活性。[结果]3种生物测定方法均可使白僵菌代谢物对云斑天牛幼虫表现杀虫活性。表皮接触生物测定法10d内试虫平均死亡率为6.67%,口服生物测定法10d内试虫平均死亡率为28.89%,试虫死亡时间主要集中在第4~8天,血腔注射生测法10d内试虫平均死亡率为86.67%,试虫死亡时间主要集中在第4~6天。方差分析表明血腔注射法表现的死亡率较其他2种方法有极显著差异。[结论]3种生物测定方法各有其优缺点,血腔注射和口服生物测定法适于室内研究,血腔注射生物测定法最容易检测到白僵菌代谢物的杀虫活性,适于生产应用前。[Objective] The research aimed to ascertain the optimum method of detecting the insecticidal activity of Beauveria bassiana metabolites, [Method] With Batocera horsfieldi larva as tested larva, 3 bioassay methods of scarfskin contact, oral administration and haemocoele injection were used to determine the insecticidal activity of B. bassiana metabolites. [Result] All of 3 bioassay methods could make B. bassiana metabolites show insecticidal activity on B. horsfieldi larva. The average mortality of tested insects with bioassay method of scarfskin contact in 10 d was 6.67 %, that with bioassay method of oral administration was 28.89 % and the death time of tested insects mainly concentrated in the 4th-8th day, that with bioassay method of haemocoele injection was 86.67 % and the death time of tested insects mainly concentrated in the 4th-6th day. The variance analysis showed that the mortality showed by haemocoele injection method had extremely significant difference from the other 2 bioassay methods. [Conclusion] Three bioassay methods had their own advantages and defects. The bioassay methods of haemocoele injection and oral administration were suitable to use in indoor research. The bioassay method of haemocoele injection most easily detected the activity of B. bassiana metabolites, which was suitable to use in the detection before production and application.
