摘 要:以洛阳市郊区蔬菜地土壤及蔬菜为研究对象,采用原子吸收分光光度法和冷原子荧光法分别对样品中重金属(Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Hg)含量进行了测定,以单因子污染指数和综合污染指数为评价方法分析了土壤的污染状况和蔬菜的质量,探讨了土壤与蔬菜中重金属含量的相关性。结果发现:洛阳市郊区蔬菜地土壤中重金属Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Hg的含量均未超过GB15618-1995《土壤环境质量标准》二级标准限值;部分研究区域的蔬菜已受到重金属污染,含量超过国家食品卫生蔬菜类标准;土壤与蔬菜中Cu、Cd、Hg的含量呈显著的相关关系,而Pb、Zn在多数蔬菜中的含量与土壤中的含量无相关性。Soils and vegetables from Luoyang suburban vegetable fields being taken as sample, with Atomic Absorption Spectrometry and Cold Atomic Fluorescence Spectrophotometry,the content of Cu,Pb,Zn, CA and Hg in the samples were analyzed. The single-factor pollution index and the comprehensive pollution index were adopted to investigate the heavy metals pollution in soll and vegetable. The correlation of the heavy metal content in soil and vegetable was discussed.The results showed that the content of Cu,Pb,Zn,CA and Hg was qualified for the second level criterion of"Standard of Soil Environment" (GB15618-1995). However, some vegetables were polluted by heavy metals according to the national vegetable food criterion in partial study area. The content of Cu, Cd and Hg in soil showed a significantly correlation with that in vegetable, respectively. Thus, the content of Pb and Zn did not present a correlation between most of vegetables and soil.
