均匀设计法优化水杉总黄酮提取工艺

摘　　要：[目的]优化水杉总黄酮的提取工艺。[方法]采用均匀设计方法,利用紫外分光光度法测定水杉中总黄酮的含量。[结果]以80%的乙醇浓度7、0℃、15倍量,每次提取15 min为最佳提取条件。[结论]试验结果可为水杉总黄酮的提取工艺的确定提供科学依据。Optimization of extract processing of total flavones of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng was researched with the uniform design method. The content of total flavones of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng was determinated with ultraviolet spectrophotomener. The results indicated that the optimal extract processing was 80% ethanol,70℃ ,15 times volume and 15 minutes.The results can be provided as the scientific basis for determination of extract processing of total flavones of Metasequoia glyptostroboides Hu et Cheng.
