摘 要:[目的]探讨恢复和提高榉树种子活力的方法和技术,服务生产。[方法]用50、100、150、200、300g/L的PEG-4000处理已常温贮藏12个月的榉树种子36h,研究PEG对榉树种子活力的影响。[结果]在0~200g/L范围内,随着PEG浓度的增加,榉树种子的田间出苗率、发芽势、活力指数逐渐增加,相对电导率逐渐下降,其中PEG150g/L时出苗率最大,为46.0%,活力指数最高,为3.53,比清水(CK)高37.4%;200g/L时发芽势最大,为41.6%,相对电导率最低,为5.5%。PEG处理的榉树种子出苗率、发芽势、活力指数和相对电导率与对照均存在显著差异(P〈0.05)。[结论]PEG-4000处理提高了榉树种子的田间出苗率、发芽势、活力指数和细胞膜系统的完整性,提高了种子活力。处理36h,PEG浓度以150~200g/L效果最佳。[ Objective ] The study aimed to discuss the technology of resuming and enhancing seed vitality of Z. schneideriana so as to serve production. [Method] The Z. schneideriana seeds stored at normal temperature for 12 months were treated with PEG-4000 at 50,100,150,200,300 g/L for 36 h to study the influence of PEG on the seed vitality of Z. schneideriana. [Result] In the range of 0- 200 g/L,the seedling rate in field,germination potential and vitality index of Z. schneideriana seeds increased gradually and the relative conductance reduced gradually along with the increment of PEG concentration,in which the seedling rate in treatment of 150 g/L PEG was biggest,being 46.0% and the vitality index was highest, being 3.53,37.4% higher than that of CK (clear water). The germination potential in treatment of 200 g/L PEG was largest,being 41.6% and the relative conductance was lowest, being 5.5%. The seedling rate,germination potential,vitality index and relative conductance of Z. schneideriana seeds treated with PEG had significant difference from CK( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] PEG-4000 Treatment enhanced the seedling rate in field, germination rate, vitality index, integrity of cell membrane system of Z. schneideriana seeds and seed vitality. The effect of treating with PEG at 150 - 200 g/L for 36 h was best.
