摘 要:[目的]为水稻育秧大面积应用高吸水种衣剂提供依据。[方法]用高吸水种衣剂包衣种子进行湿润育秧,以未包衣的为对照,研究高吸水种衣剂在中籼湿润育秧上的应用效应。[结果]高吸水种衣剂包衣的种子出苗率85.2%、成秧率82.8%,比对照分别提高4.7%、6.8%,立枯病发病率、稻蓟马危害率分别为0.19%、2.78%。与对照相比,包衣处理的单株带蘖数增加27.6%,叶面积指数和干物质积累在有效分蘖临界叶龄期、拔节期、孕穗期、齐穗期、齐穗后30 d分别增加20.7%、15.7%、10.4%、10.1%、7.8%和15.2%、15.6%、13.6%、12.1%、10.8%,理论和实际产量分别为10 460.09、830.0 kg/hm2,增加12.0%和7.3%。[结论]用高吸水种衣剂包衣种子能提高出苗率和成秧率,减轻苗期病虫害,提高秧苗素质,返青快,分蘖量大,各生育期叶面积指数高,干物质积累多,增产显著。[ Objective] The study aimed to provide foundation for applying high water absorbing seed-coat agent in raising rice seedlings in large area. [Method] With uncoated seeds as CK, the application effect of high water absorbing seed-coat agent on water-raised seedling of medium indica rice was studied by conducting water-raised seedling with seeds coated with high water absorbing seed-coat agent. [ Result] The emergence rate and seedling rate of seeds coated with high water absorbing seed-coat agent were 85.2% and 82.8% ,increasing 4.7% and 6.8% resp. than CK,with the. incidence rate of stem rot disease and the harm rate of Thrips oryzae Williams being 0.19% and 2.78% resp. Compared with CK,the tillers number per plant with coating treatment increased 27.6% ,the leaf area index and dry matter accumulation of available tillers in critical leaf age, jointing,booting and full heading stages and 30 d after full heading increased 20.7%,15.7%,10.4%,10.1%,7.8% and 15.2%,15.6%,13.6%,12.1%,10.8% resp. ,the theoretical and actual yields were 10 460.0 and 9 830.0 kg/hm^2 ,increasing by 12.0% and 7.3% resp. [Conclusion] Coating seeds with high water absorbing seed-coat agent could increase emergence and seedling rates,aUeviate disease and insect pests in seedling stage,enhance seedlings quality,with fast turning green and a large amount of tillers,high leaf area index and much dry trotter accumulation in each growth period,and significant yield increase.
