摘 要:[目的]探讨烟叶油分与烟叶理化特性的关系及其对烟叶品质的影响。[方法]以K326和云烟85品种为供试材料,从烟叶主要化学成分、物理特性和植物生长必需元素3个方面,分析比较了不同油分烟叶之间的差异。[结果]在化学成分方面,油分"多"的烟叶比油分"有"的烟叶总糖和还原糖含量分别高1.43和3.24个百分点,总氮和氯离子含量分别低0.01和0.08个百分点。在物理特性方面,油分"多"的烟叶比油分"有"的烟叶叶质重高1.27 mg/cm2,平衡含水率高0.13%,自由燃烧时间长2.6 s。[结论]烟叶糖分(总糖、还原糖)含量与烟叶油分呈极显著正相关,而总氮含量与烟叶油分呈极显著负相关。Mo含量与油分呈正相关,而Al2O3S、iO2和Cl含量与油分呈负相关。烟叶油分不足会导致烟叶糖碱比不协调,烟叶偏薄,吸湿性和燃烧性变差。LI Zhang-hai et al ( Research Center of Tobacco and Health, University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei, Anhui 230052) Abstract [ Objective] The aim was to discuss the relationship between oil and physical and chemical characteristics in tobacco leaves and its effect on the quality of tobacco leaf. [ Method] With flue-cured tobacco varieties K326 and Yunyan 8,5 as tested materials, the differences among the tobacco leaves with different oils were compared and analyzed from 3 aspects of main chemical components, physical property and essential elements for plant growth in the tobacco leaves, [Result] As for chemical components, total and reducing sugar contents in the tobacco leaves with more oils were 1.434% and 3.24% higher resp. than that in the tobacco leaves with oils; total nitrogen and Cl ion content in the tobacco leaves with more oils were 0.01% and 0.08% lower resp. than that in the tobacco leaves with oils. As for physical property, the mass, balance water content and free burning time of the tobacco leaves with more oils were 1.27 mg/cm^2,0.13 % and 2.6 s higher than that of the tobacco leaves with oils. [ Conclusion] The oils had extremely significantly positive relation with sugar (total and reducing sugar) contents and extremely significantly negative relation with total nitrogen content in the tobacco leaves. It was positively related to Mo content, while negatively related to the contents of Al2O3, SiO2 and Cl. Inadequate oil in tobacco leaves might make the leaf with unbalanced ratio of sugar to alkaloid, thinning, and poor moisture absorption and low combustibility.
