摘　　要：马钢(合肥)公司高速线材全梁式步进加热炉设计生产能力为冷装100t/h,热装130t/h,燃用高、焦混合煤气,煤气热值为1800×4.18kJ/m3。加热炉从设计、施工、烘炉总体质量优良,生产指标达到设计要求。The essay introduces the walking beam reheating furnace of high spead wire plant in Ma＇ anshan （Hefei） Iron ＆ Steel Co. Ltd.hs design capacity is 100 t/h for cold-charging and 130 t/h for hotcharging,its fuel is the mixed gas between blast furnace and coke ovea gas with heat value of 1 800×4.18 kJ/ m^3, the production indexes of reheating furnace have reached the designed requirements and its whole quality is good from design, constraction to baking furnace.
