摘　　要：目前床旁血液净化治疗已经成为临床急危重症抢救的重要辅助手段。本文介绍在我院现有设备的基础上,自行设计的一套随需组合的移动血液净化系统的原理及组成。经两年临床应用,效果良好。Bedside blood purification has became a crucial assistant manner for the treatment of critical illness nowadays.This paper designs a mobile reverse osmosis unit and a water feeding unit by ourselves,builds up a mobile blood purification system that can be modified in various situations based on the equipment available.Two years＇ clinical application proves that the system is effective.
