乌拉坦静脉注射所致的溶血现象及其对血液流变性的影响

摘　　要：使用动物麻醉药乌拉坦分别给家兔和大鼠静脉注射，发现其可致溶血，而腹腔注射则无此副作用。同时观测家兔耳缘静脉注射乌拉坦溶血后血液流变性的变化，结果显示：注射乌拉坦后４０ｍｉｎ、６０ｍｉｎ时红细胞压积和高、中、低切变率下的全血表观粘度与注药前相比均明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），而血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞刚性指数均无显著性变化。通过这一实验首次证实乌拉坦静脉注射可导致溶血，而且这一副作用引起了血液流变性变化，无疑也会影响其它相关实验的结果。The rabbits and rats were anaesthesiaed by urethane iv and ip individouly. The results showed that urethane iv cause hymolytic reaction. The changes of hemorheology were examined in rabbits after urethane iv 40 minutes and 60 minutes. The results showed that the HCT and ηa (230s-1, 61.44s-1, 7.68s-1) are decreased significantly(P<0.05), ηp, ηre, RAI and TK were not changes compared with before urethane iv. The experiment demonstrated that the urethane iv can cause hymolytic reaction, it caused the changes of hemorheology, undoubtedly it will cause the changes of other related results of experiment. 
