含萘环通用染料的合成与应用研究

摘　　要：为了实现用同一支染料对不同类型的纤维进行染色的目的,通过间(对)氨基苯基-β-羟乙基砜硫酸酯与7-乙酰氨基-4-羟基-2-萘--β(N,N-二甲基氨乙基)磺酰胺的重氮化偶合反应合成了含萘环的通用染料,其结构通过质谱分析进行了表征.通过调节染浴的pH和加入适当的染色助剂,用合成的通用染料分别对棉、羊毛、丝绸、尼龙、腈纶、涤纶等纤维进行了染色实验,并研究了染料在上述纤维上的日晒、水洗等牢度性能.实验结果表明合成的含萘环通用染料对羊毛、丝绸、尼龙、腈纶等纤维均有较好的亲和力.To dye the different types of fibers by the same dye, universal dyes based on naphthalene ring system are prepared by the diazo coupling reaction of 7-acetamide-4-hydroxy-2-naphthalene- β-（N, N-dimethylaminoethyl）solfonamide and rn（p）-aminobenzene-β-hydroxyethyl sulfone sulfunate. The chemical structures of the synthesized dyes are confirmed by mass spectrometry analyses. By adjusting the pH of the dyebath and adding textile auxiliaries, the synthesized universal dyes are applied to dye cotton, wool, silk, nylon, acrylic and PET fabrics. After application of dyeing, the dyed fabrics are evaluated to have good lightfastness and washfastness properties.
