摘  要:唐山市迁安神龙侠露天矿毗邻滦河,地下水补给充分,再加上边坡结构松散,用传统的注浆法不能很好地起到"挡土"和"止水"的双重功效。针对这种特殊情况,选定了一套以地下连续墙为基础的加固方案。从FLAC进行数值分析和现场监测数据可知:如果不加固就进行开挖,安全系数只有0.83,且整个矿坑预测涌水量高达23000m3/d;加固后再进行开挖,安全系数达1.37,最大涌水量只有1000m3/d。这充分说明该方案能有效起到"挡土"和"止水"的作用。地下连续墙在露天矿中的应用在国际上还是首例,具有广泛的推广和应用价值。Abstract Shenglongxia Open-pit Mine in Qianhn County, Tangshan City is adjacent to Lu'an River. Due to the sufficient underground water supplement and loose slope structure, the conventional grouting method can not meet the requirements of both earth retaining and water blocking. In view of this case, a consolidation scheme based on diaphragm wall was selected. It is known from FLAC numerical analysis and site monitoring data that the safety factor is only 0.83 when the excavation is made without consolidation and the predicted rush-in water in the whole pit is as high as 23 000 m^3/d. The safety factor is 1.37 when the excavation is made after consolidation and the maximum rush-in water is only 1 000 m^3/d, fully demonstrating that this scheme can effectively play a role of earth retaining and water blocking. It is the first international case of applying diaphragm wall in open-pit mine, and therefore, is of the value of wide spreading.
