摘  要:目的:探讨血管回声跟踪(E-Tracking,ET)技术评价糖尿病患者颈动脉病变的应用价值。方法:糖尿病患者39例根据颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)分为两组,A组(n=19):IMT≤1.0 mm,B组(n=20):IMT>1.0 mm,正常对照组22例健康人,应用ET技术实时跟踪描记颈总动脉内膜轨迹,得出弹性系数(Eρ)、硬化度(β)、顺应性(AC)。结果:A组和B组的Eρ、B值均高于对照组,有极显著性差异。B组又高于A组,两组比较有极显著性差异。A组和B组的AC值低于对照组,B组又低于A组,有极显著性差异。结论:ET技术能早期反映糖尿病患者血管内皮功能受损,是评价糖尿病人血管并发症的简便、实用而客观的方法。Objective: To explore the value of E - Tracking(ET) technology in evaluating the carotid arteriosclerosis in diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods:Thirty- nine DM patients were divided into two groups according to the intima - media thickness(IMT) of carotid artery, group A( 19 cases) : IMT≤ 1.0 mm, groupB(20 cases):IMT〉1. 0 mm, and normal control group(22cases). Using ET technology to tracks the movement of common carotid arterial wall and measure the parameters: stiffness parameters(0), elastic coefficient(Eρ), and arterial compl- iance(AC). Results: Eo and B increased in DM groups. They had significant difference between DM group and significant difference. AC decreased in DM group, it had significant difference between DM group and normal group, and AC signifcant lower in group B than in group A. Conclusions: ET technology can be reflect the vascular endothelial function earlier. It is a simple and useful method in evaluating the vascular changes of DM.
