摘 要:基于辐射吸收原理分析测量高温气体温度和组分浓度具有宽广的应用前景.当这种方法用于分析处于开放空间的高温气体中H2O分子的辐射吸收谱带时,环境大气中的水蒸气对测量分析会有很大影响。本文在介绍测量原理方法的基础上,分析了在指数宽带模型下环境因素与吸收系数的关系,基于将光程划分为始终由常温湿空气占据的部分和由高温火焰占据的部分这一简化假设对背景水蒸气的影响进行了修正,经对非稳态的汽油喷灯火焰进行试验测定分析,可有效消除在测量高温火焰中水蒸气参数的测算偏差,所得的时间序列结果基本反映了实际状况.Emission-absorption based pyrometry and component measurement has a wide application prospect. With this technique applied to analysis of the emission-absorption spectrum of H2O in hot gas open to the environment, ambient humidity would have a significant effect upon measurement & analysis. Beginning with fundamental introduction of emission-absorption method, this paper presents analysis of correlation between ambient parameters and total optical absorption, as well as corresponding correction for effect of ambient humidity based on the assumption that the total optical path can be divided into the section occupied by ambient humid air and the section occupied by the flame, which has been proven effective on eliminating analysis deviation due to effect of ambient humidity in a test on an unsteady gasoline blowtorch flame, giving the time series results approximate to practical circumstances.
