摘 要:采用电脉冲结合低剂量顺铂的电化学疗法(ECT)治疗裸鼠SKOV3细胞异种种植瘤.6个疗程后,电化疗组的抑瘤率、肿瘤减小比例均高于仅用电场组的各数值,与药物组和对照组的统计学差异显著(P<0.05).剥离肿瘤比较发现:电化疗组和电场组肿瘤表面几乎没有血管分布,对照组的血管则非常丰富.采用免疫组化法检测肿瘤病理切片中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的受体KDR,结果表明,经过电场处理的肿瘤的VEGF受体KDR明显下降,肿瘤血管的生长受到明显的抑制.Eleetrochemotherapy(ECT), utilizing the electric pluses (EP) combined with low dosage of eisplatin to treat tumors was adopted in the treatment of nude mice carrying human malignant ovarian neoplasm (SKOV3 hypodermal xenograft). After 6 treatment, the figures of restricting rate and tumor reducing rate of the mice treated by ECT is higher than that treated only by EP, and are significant different from the medicine and the control groups in statistics (P〈0.05). Separating the tumor from the mice, the surface of the tumor treated by ECT and EP groups has little of vaseulature and that of the medicine and control groups is quite a few. Via the immunohistochemical technique to examine the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) acceptor of KDR in the tumor pathological section, the result indicated, KDR obviously decreased after electric field processing tumor, tumor vascular growth was inhibited.
