摘 要:在酸性条件下,甲磺酸培氟沙星分子中氮原子被质子化后与阴离子AuCl4^-形成离子缔合物,该缔合物被二氯甲烷带入鲁米诺的氯化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTAC)反束溶液中,离解出来的AuCl了立即与鲁米诺产生化学发光.在一定浓度范围内,发光强度与甲磺酸培氟沙星的含量成线性关系,从而间接测定甲磺酸培氟沙星的含量.在优化的试验条件下,线性范围为0.001~10×10^-6g·mL^-1,检出限(3σ)为0.02×10^-9g·mL^-1,对浓度为1.0×10^-6g·mL^-1的甲磺酸培氟沙星进行11次平行测定,RSD为2.4%.该法已成功用于片剂、注射液和生物体液中甲磺酸培氟沙星的测定.In acidic condition, the nitrogen in pefloxacin mesylate was easily protonated and formed ion-complexes with negative ion AuCl4^-, the ion-complexes were extacted and carried by dichloromethane, when the ion-complexes entered a reversed micellar of cetyltrimethylammonium chlorine containing luminol, the dissociated AuCl4^- reacted with luminol and produced an analytical chemiluminescnece signal. In the optimum conditions,the linear range is 0. 001 to 10 × 10^-6 g·mL^-1 and the limit of detection is 0.02 × 10^-6 g·mL^-1 with a relative standard deviation ( n = 11) of ca. 2.4% for 1.0 × 10^-6 g·mL^- 1 pefloxacin mesylate. The method has been applied to the determination of the studied drug in tablets, injection and biological fliuds successfully.
