摘  要:采用水相分离复凝聚法对蓖麻油进行包埋,考察了包埋后微胶囊的形态特征和微胶囊的含油量.并以昆明种小鼠为实验动物,对包埋后蓖麻油的抗生育活性进行考察,发现包埋后的蓖麻油不但具有良好的抗生育活性,同时消除了单纯灌喂蓖麻油的腹泻现象.同时采用正交设计对包埋工艺进行了优化,确定当pH为4.0,包埋温度控制在60℃,乳化时间60 min,搅拌速度为1500 r/min时,包埋效果最好.In order to avoid the application limits of the liquid phase of castor oil, the extract by complex coacervation of gelatin/acacia was microencapsulated. The shape, size and oil-content ratio of the microcapsule were investigated. Simultaneity, the anti-fertilization effect of the microcapsule was studied. The results showed that the microcapsule had remarkable anti-fertilization effect and the diarrhea caused by the extract was removed. Additionally, the orthogonal design was adopted to research the optimum process of coacervation, the oil-water mixture emulsified at speed of 1500 r/min for 60 min with the temperature at 60℃, pH at 4.0 had the best effect.
