南葶苈子油抗抑郁作用的初步研究

摘　　要：通过小鼠悬尾实验,发现南葶苈子油对小鼠强迫悬尾造成的抑郁症状有一定的效果;在小鼠强迫游泳实验中,南葶苈子油连续灌胃15 d能明显缩短游泳不动时间;此外,小鼠连续灌胃15 d南葶苈子油能明显增强5-HTP诱导的甩头行为,在小鼠抗利血平拮抗实验中,对利血平造成的小鼠眼睑下垂及体温下降也表现出有一定的拮抗作用.The tail suspension test（TST）indicated that SEMEN DESCURAINIAE oil（SDO）was able to meliorate mice antidepression caused by forced tail suspension; In forced swimming test（FST）, all dose（i, g for 15 days）observably decrease the mice swimming immobility time. Otherwise, SDO can also enhance the 5- HTP induced mice head-twitches. And in reserpine reversal models, SDO can moderate the reserpine-induced decrease of body temperature and droop of eyelids in mice.
