豁痰祛瘀法对糖尿病大鼠听性脑干反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医豁痰祛瘀法对糖尿病大鼠听性脑干反应的影响。方法:试验采用四氧嘧啶(Alloxan)腹腔注射诱发糖尿病内耳病变大鼠模型,同时用中药复方高、低剂量、空白组、模型组、西药都可喜组、西药复合组(都可喜+优降糖混合灌胃),应用耳蜗细胞分离技术、ABR等方法对糖尿病大鼠的血糖、听力ABR阈值观察。结论:豁痰祛瘀中药能缓解糖尿病大鼠内耳微血管病变,改善微循环,改善听力功能。Objective： To explore the protective effect of eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis method on auditory brainstem response （ABR） of diabetic rats. Methods： The diabetic hearing loss rat models were induced by introperitoneal injection of middle dosage Alloxan.And at the same time the rats were divided into Chinese complex medicine group （high dosage and low dosage group）, control group, diabetic model group, west medicine group （ghbeclamide） and complex west medicine group （glibeclamide and duxil）. Some technology and methods were acquired, including cochlear isolation methods, auditory brainstem response （ABR） . Finally, the blood glucose and ABR threshold were examined. Conclusion： The method of eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis can efficiently prevent the microcirculatory disorders of the inner ear of diabetic rats, and can also improve the auditory function of diabetic rats.
