芪地归芎汤对早期糖尿病肾病血液流变性及肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察芪地归芎汤对早期糖尿病肾病血液流变学指标和肾功能的影响。方法将62例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组30例采用糖尿病常规治疗,治疗组32例在常规治疗基础上加用芪地归芎汤口服,两组疗程均为8周;比较两组治疗前后血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、血液流变学指标、肾功能、血糖、脂质代谢及24h尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)变化。结果治疗组ET-1、血液流变性、肾功能、空腹血糖、脂质代谢及UAER较治疗前有明显改善;对照组则改善不明显。结论芪地归芎汤具有降低早期糖尿病肾病患者ET-1、减少UAER、改善血液流变性、空腹血糖、脂质代谢及肾功能的作用。Objective： To investigate the influence of treatmeat with Qidiguixiongtang on changes of hemorrheology and renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy（EDN） . Methods： 62 patients with EDN were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（ n = 30） was treated with conventional therapy for diabetes, and the treatmeat group （ n = 32） was treated with Qidiguixiongtang based on conventional therapy. Both group treated for 8 weeks. To observe the changes of serum endothelin（ET - 1 ）, hemorrheology, renal function, blood glucose, lipid metabolism and urinary albumin excretion rate （UAER） before and after treatment. Results： The ET- 1, hemorrheology, renal function, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, lipid metabolism, UAER in treatment group all significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion： Qidiguixiongtang has the effect of reducing ET - 1 and UAER, improving hemorrheology, FBG, lipid metabolism and renal function.
