八珍汤加减治疗系统性红斑狼疮(稳定期)贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中药汤剂对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)合并贫血的影响。方法以八珍汤加减为主治疗22例稳定期SLE患者,并着重观察其非特异炎症指标、活动指数、红细胞和血红蛋白等。结果SLE患者治疗前后红细胞、血红蛋白差异显著。结论八珍汤加减能改善稳定期SLE的红细胞数。Objective： To discuss the effect of Chinese herbal decoction on SLE . Methods： This article used Bazhen Decoction to treat SLE patients in stable phase 22 cases, and especially to observe its nonspecific index activity index erythrocyte, hemoglobin and so on. Results： There was significan difference of the number of erythrocytes and hemoglobin. Conclusion： Bazhen Decoction have the function to improve SLE patients＇ the number of erythrocytes in stable.
