高血压肾病(良性小动脉肾硬化症)的中西医结合治疗进展

摘　　要：中西医结合方法治疗高血压肾病(良性小动脉性肾硬化)在改善肾功能方面比单纯西药治疗有明显的优势,引用了近年来28篇相关的文章,并总结了中西医结合治疗方法、中西药的用药原则和中医辩证的方法。分别从:辩证论治法、祛湿化痰法、活血化瘀法、平肝潜阳法、益气活血法等方面分类总结了高血压肾病的中西医结合治疗现状。Integrated Traditional（Chinese）and Western Medicine has advantage over Western Medicine in improving renal function in the treatment of hypertensive renal disease（benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis）. This study reviewed 28 studies in recent years and sumarized priciples of the commblned application of chinese herb medcine and werstern medicine, it also concluded pricioles to differentiate syndrome by means of Traditional （Chinese） Medicine. From therapeutic methods such as treatment on syndrome differentiation, transforming phlegm, activating blood and transforming stasis, calming down liver and Yang, reinforcing Qi activating blood circulation. This study summarized the present situation of the treatment of hypertensive renal disease （benign arteriolar nephrosclerosis） by Integrated Traditional （Chinese） and Western Medicine.
