摘 要:应用ANSYS软件对某大型坞门进行有限元仿真计算,计算坞门在水压力作用下的约束反力、变形和应力,为坞门的结构设计提供理论依据.计算结果表明,该坞门的梁系布置和拟定的截面尺寸是合理的,其面板、甲板、纵横梁等主要受力构件在水压力作用下的最大应力为许用应力的67%~92%,趋于优化设计要求.The ANSYS software is used to simulate the finite element model of a large-sized dock gate. The static characteristics of the dock gate, such as the reaction, displacement and stress under hydraulic pressure are figured out, which offer a theoretical base for designing of the dock gate structure. Calculation results indicate that disposal of beams and section size in the dock gate are reasonable. The maximal stress of main components such as carlings and crossbeams has achieved sixty-seven to ninety-two percents of allowable, and it satisfies the optimum design request.
