摘 要:提出了间歇精馏过程中最小过渡馏分的概念,对有无持液量两种情况时最小过渡馏分的计算方法进行了研究,并建立了相应的数学模型,通过数学模拟分析了间歇精馏过程理论板数和持液量对其最小过渡馏分量的影响.结果表明:间歇精馏过程的最小过渡馏分量随理论板数的增加先降低、后逐渐达到一个稳定值;塔板和冷凝器的持液量与最小过渡馏分成正比关系。The concept of minimum amount of slop cut in batch distillation was presented. The calculation methods for the minimum amount of slop cut for columns with and without column holdup were well studied and the mathematical model for calculating was provided. The effect of the theoretical plates and column holdup on the minimum amount of slop cut in batch distillation was also studied by theoretically numerical simulation. The results show that with the increase of the theorical plates, the minimum amount of slop cut in batch distillation first decreases, then reaches a stable value gradually; the holdup of the tray and the condenser is in direct proportion with the minimum amount of slop cut.
