摘 要:为了研究配有不同类型浮子的浮子流量传感器在中黏度非牛顿流体中的特性,研制了3种新型的浮子,加上目前普遍应用的DF-M型、CF-M型浮子,对5种不同类型的浮子分别在水以及动力黏度为31 mPa.s、65 mPa.s和85 mPa.s的甲基纤维素水溶液中进行了黏度实验.通过分析流量与浮子流向高度之间的关系曲线以及黏度影响率,发现在中黏度的甲基纤维素水溶液中CF-V型、CF-M型浮子具有很好的黏度适应能力.CF-V型浮子具有最好的黏度适应能力,在所研究的黏度范围内,其黏度影响率的最大值为1.107%,故CF-V型浮子可以作为减黏浮子的基本类型.给出了浮子形状对传感器黏度适应能力影响的基本规律.To study the property of float flow sensor with different floats in non-Newtonian fluids with middle viscosity, three kinds of new floats were designed. Five kinds of floats, including DF-M, CF-M and three newly designed floats, were tested in water and three kinds of methylcellulose liquor with the viscosity of 31 mPa·s, 65 mPa·s, 85 mPa·s as experimental medium. Through analyzing the viscosity influence ratio and the relationship between flow rate and height in flow direction, the results showed that the CF-V and CF-M float have better adaptability to viscosity in the methylcellulose lignor, and the CF-V float performs the best. In a certain viscosity range, the maximum of viscosity influence ratio of CF-V float is 1. 107 %. So the CF-V float could be taken as a basic type of float for reducing viscosity. The influence of float shape on the viscosity adaptability of sensor was also given.
