摘 要:为实现对中药提取过程中"火候"的自动控制,使中药浓缩过程稳定、可控,将中药煎煮中的"火候"用给热速率来描述,建立了导热油阀门开度与给热速率常数之间的回归关系.通过阀门开度控制给热速率,实现了对中药提取过程的火候控制;根据热力学关系确定浓缩过程中的理论压强,在线调节实际压强至理论值,可有效避免浓缩时液泛,局部过热导致的活性组分的氧化、热分解等非稳态现象的发生,使操作成本显著降低,提高了产品质量.结果表明,所建立的控制策略可根据检测信号在线调节操作参数,使中药提取、浓缩过程处于稳定、可控状态.To auto control "HuoHou" during extraction of Chinese herbs and make concentration process of Chinese herb stable and controllable, the concept "HuoHou" during decocting process of Chinese herbs was described by transferring heating rate, and the relationship between position of valve controlling heating oil and transferring heat rate constant was established. Through adjusting position of the valve to control transferring heating rate, "HuoHou" during extraction of Chinese herbs was controlled. The practical pressure in concentration bank was automatically adjusted to theoretical pressure calculated according to thermodynamic model, so that overflowing of extraction liquid, local overheating and thermo-decomposition of active components etc. cases in concentration process were effectively avoided. Besides, operation costs could be remarkably reduced and quality of products be improved. Results show that the controlling strategy which regulated technique parameters on line according to detected signals can ensure the state of extraction and concentration of Chinese herbs stable and controllable.
