摘  要:研究用内腔式He-Ne激光器做光源时,硅光电池实验中光电检流计读数不稳定的现象。利用硅光电池分别观测在不加偏振片、加上偏振片时内腔式He-Ne激光器输出的光强度,得到激光经偏振片后输出光强随时间而变。利用共焦扫描干涉仪扫描出激光束的各个纵模,实验表明,内腔式He-Ne激光器每个纵模的偏振方向随时间缓慢变化,引起了实验中输出的光强变化。When the intracavity He-Ne laser is used as illuminant, the reading of photoelectricity galvanometer is instability on the experiment of silicon photo-cell. Using silicon photo-cell light intensity is observed under not adding or adding polaroid for intracavity He-Ne laser. A^er laser pass through polaroid the output Iight intensity changes with time, which is obtained. Using confocal scanning interferometer the each lengthwise modulus of laser-beam are scanned. Experiments results show that the polarization orientation of each lengthwise modulus changes with time gradually for the intracavity He-Ne laser, which leads to the variation of light intensity.
