从近3届奥运会看中国田径竞技能力的突破方向

摘　　要：运用文献资料、录像观察法等方法对近3届奥运会世界与中国的田径竞技能力进行分析。结果表明:中国队希望与危机并存,在部分项目上男、女都有很强的竞争力。对策:强调举国体制的重要性,建立长期、系统、科学的训练体制,强化优势项目的集训机制,解决运动员的后顾之忧;迅速提高教练员的综合素质和训练、比赛理念,是迅速改变田径落后面貌的关键;要充分展示明星效应,打好明星牌;中国田径要想持续发展,走院校化是成功之路。Using documentary reference and the method of video observation, we analyze world and Chinese competitive abilities of track and field events on the latest three term Olympic Games. The result shows that Chinese team will face both hope and crisis, e.g. in some events, both male and female are highly competitive. Countermeasures： emphasizing the importance of nationwide system; building up a long-term systematically scientific training; focusing on the training system of superior events; solving athletes worries; improving the coaches＇ comprehensive quality and the concept of training and competition is the key to change the lag behind situation; making full development of pop stars; if Chinese team want to keep developing sustainably, school training and college training is a successful way.
