摘　　要：通过对高校图书馆编目业务外包的起因、类型的综述,分析了目前编目业务外包中存在的问题,提出了解决和完善编目业务外包的对策。Through a discussion of the origin and category of cataloguing business in college and university libraries, an analysis is made of the problems existing in the current cataloguing business contracted by outsiders and countermeasures are proposed for their solutions and the perfection of the policy concerning cataloguing business contracts extended to outsiders.
