摘 要:提出一种采用复合催化剂体系制备聚合物分散液晶(PDLC)膜的新方法。复合催化剂体系由安息香双甲醚和二月桂酸二丁基锡组成,选用聚氨酯丙烯酸酯材料,以光聚合引发相分离的方法制备PDLC膜。研究了复合催化剂体系对PDLC膜的微观形貌、电光性能等方面的影响,以及催化剂的含量对所制备的PDLC膜的显示性能的影响。研究发现:与采用单一催化剂的方法相比,在相分离过程中采用复合催化剂体系能够减小聚合物网络表壁对液晶分子的锚定强度,增大聚合物网络的交联密度,进而降低了PDLC膜的饱和电压,减小了薄膜的关态透光率,显著改善其电光特性;实验中复合催化剂的最佳浓度为4%(质量分数)。A new method to fabricate polymer-dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) films adopting complex catalysts system was devised. The complex catalysts system includes Benzoic dimethyl ether and dibutyltin dilaurate. PDLC films were fabricated using photopolymerization induced phase separation with polyurethane acrylate material. The effects of complex catalysts system on morphology and the electro-optical properties of PDLC films were investigated. The effects of the concentration(mass fraction)of catalysts on the electro-optical properties of PDLC films were researched. It is found that the PDLC films which were fabricated by adopting complex catalysts system in phase separation process have lower anchoring strength to LC molecules and higher crosslink density of polymer networks, so the properties of PDLC films which were fabricated by adopting complex catalysts system is better than that of adopting single catalyst. The best concentration(mass fraction) of catalysts in experiment is 4 %.
