摘　　要：为了解北京市海淀区中小学校传染病防治管理现状,为构建学校传染病防治体系提供参考依据。北京市海淀区卫生局卫生监督所采用定性研究的方法,以现场检查为主、访谈调查为辅的调查方法对海淀区中小学校传染病防治、管理现状进行调查。从调查情况看,领导组织设置、传染病防治相关制度比较健全,但是制度落实情况不够理想,学校保健人员配备不足,学校传染病防治工作缺乏系统的管理规规范。指出制定学校传染病防治工作规范,建立长效防治管理机制势在必行。Objective：To learn the current situation of prevention and treatment of infection disease in secondary and elementary school of haidian district in order to provide reference proof for constructing prevention and treatment system of infection disease about school. Methods：Qualitative investigation was used, in which spot examination was primary and conversation was assistant. Results ： Leadership organization installation and prevention and management system of infection disease were sound, but performance of these system was not ideal, health care personnel of school was scarce, administration regulations of prevention and treatment in school were not sound. Conclusion： It is necessary to develop management regulations of prevention and treatment of infection disease and establish prolonged management mechanisms of prevention and treatment.
