德宏州2005-2006年艾滋病自愿咨询检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解德宏州疾病预防控制中心艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）情况。方法采用回顾性方法，收集整理2005年1月-2006年11月，到VCT门诊求询者的基本信息及艾滋病病毒（HIV）抗体检测情况。结果两年来VCT门诊求询者共578人次，HIV抗体总阳性率20．59％；2005年与2006年阳性率比较差别无统计学意义。缅甸籍求询者HIV抗体阳性率高于本地及云南省其他地州的求询者。求询者以15～49岁青壮年为主，男女检测比例为1．4：1，女性HIV抗体阳性率高于男性。求询原因主要是性行为，以婚外性行为为主。静脉吸毒人群的HIV抗体阳性率最高。结论 VCT门诊是发现HIV感染者／病人及实施干预的重要窗口。Objective To understand HIV voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）services in Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Dehong prefecture of Yunnan province. Methods Retrospective data including demographic and HIV laboratory testing information among individuals who received HIV VCT services at the VCT clinic in Dehong prefecture from January 2005 to November 2006 were collected and analyzed. Chi ~uare was used to compare HIV prevalence rate between different groups. Fisher exact test was used where appropriate. Results Of the 578 people seeking VCT services during the two-year period, 20.59 % were HIV positive. The HIV prevalence rate in 2005 and 2006 had no statistical significance. Most of the individuals who sought VCT were young farmers with Han ethnicity. The ratio of males to females seeking VCT services was 1.4 ： 1. The HIV prevalence rate in the female was higher than that in the male. The HIV prevalence rate in the low educated people was higher than in the high educated ones. The main reason for seeking VCT was sexual contact, extramarital intercourse in particular. People who were injecting drug users had the highest HIV prevalence rate. Conclusion HIV VCT is an effective way to get people to be aware of their sero-status and to implement effective prevention and care interventions for both HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients.
