2型糖尿病血浆内肥素与WHtR相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨腰围/身高比值(WHtR)与初诊2型糖尿病血浆内肥素(visfatin)水平的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫法测定初诊2型糖尿病(DM)患者和正常健康人血浆visfatin水平,并分析WHtR与血浆visfa-tin、糖负荷后2小时血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)的关系。结果①初诊2型DM患者血浆visfatin明显低于正常对照组((11.49±7.58)μg/L vs(15.54±6.20)μg/L,P<0.05),肥胖组血浆visfatin水平与非肥胖组无明显差异((14.67±9.53)μg/L vs(14.71±7.84)μg/L,P>0.05);②WHtR与初诊2型糖尿病血浆visfatin水平呈明显正相关(r=0.41,P<0.05),而血浆visfatin水平与2hPG和HbAIc呈负相关(r=-0.37,P<0.05和r=-0.23,P<0.05);③多元线性回归分析表明WHtR、2hPG、HbAIc是影响血浆visfatin的独立危险因素。结论WHtR与初诊2型糖尿病血浆visfatin水平关系密切。Objective To study the relationship between waist to height ratio （WHtR） and plasma visfatin level of type 2 diabetes. Methods The plasma visfatin levels were assayed by ELISA in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes and controls. The relationship between WHtR and plasma visfatin level, Glucose loading 2h plasma blood glucose, HbAlc were analyzed. Results ①Plasma visfatin level in the type 2 diabetic patients were significantly lower compared with that of controls （ （ 11.49 ±7.58） μg/L vs （ 15, 54 ±6.20） μg/L, P 〈0.05 ）. There was no significant difference for visfatin level between the obese subjects and the non - obese subjects （ （ 14. 67 ± 9.53 ） μg/L vs （14. 71 ± 7.84）μg/L, P 〉 0. 05）. ②WHtR was positively correlated with Plasma visfatin level of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes,and plasma visfatin level was negatively with 2h plasma glucose after glucoseloading （2hPG） and HbAlc （ r = - 0. 37, P 〈 0. 05 and r = - 0. 23, P 〈 0.05 ）. ③Multiple regression analysis showed that WHtR, 2hPG and HbAlc were independent related factors influencing plasma visfatin level. Conclusion WHtR shows strong correlation with plasma visfatin level in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes.
