一次新生儿医院内获得性葡萄球菌感染的分子流行病学调查

摘　　要：为确定致病菌和传染源，采用随机扩增多态ＤＮＡ指纹图技术对医院内感染的１４例新生儿进行病原流行病学分析。结果：患儿与医务人员鼻腔的华纳葡萄球菌菌株的ＤＮＡ指纹图谱完全一致。结论：从分子生物学角度证明此次感染病原菌为华纳葡萄球菌，传染源与医务人员有关。In one recent episode of staphylococcus infection of newborn in the hospital, the authors sampled, cultured and investigated from different circumstances to identify the source and epidemiology of the infection. Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique was used in this study. The results showed that DNA fingerprinting map of the strains of S. warneri isolated from the nasal cavity of infected infants was identical to that from the medical staff. The authors conclude that the infection was caused by S. warneri and that the source of infection was associated with the medical staff.
