摘 要:实验采应用电子顺磁共振技术及细胞超微结构立体定量分析方法,研究金属硫蛋白(MT)对犬心肌缺血/再灌注损伤的作用。10只杂种犬均分为对照组MT保护组,低温体外循环下心肌缺血120分钟。MT保护组的心脏停跳液中含MT5.0×106mol/L。结果显示,心肌缺血后再灌注损伤在再灌注早期即已非常明显;氧自由基是导致再灌注损伤的原因之一。MT能清除再灌注早期产生的氧自由基,减轻心肌缺血后再灌注损伤。The effect of metallothionein(MT)on post ischemic reperfused canine hearts was studied by monitoring myocardial electronic spin resonance (ESR) and the changes in myocardial ultrastructures.Ten hybrid dogs were randomized evenly into control group and MT group.In MT group,MT was added to St.Thomas Hospital Cardioplegia solution with a final concentration of 5.0×10 6 mol/L.After 120 minutes of hypothermic global ischemia,mild myocardial injury was found in both groups.At 20 seconds after aortic declamping,more oxygen derived free radicals(OFR) were detected and more severe injury to the myocardium was found in control group.But in MT group,all parametors were in the same ranges as those found at the end of ischemia.The data suggested that OFR contributed to the reperfusion injury.MT had a capacity to scavenge OFR,and thus produced a protective effect on post ischemic reperfused heart.
