蜂蛇胶囊与放、化疗结合治疗胃癌的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：本文探讨蜂蛇胶囊结合放疗、化疗对胃癌患者的减毒增效作用.通过随机选取40例诊断明确的胃癌患者作为观察组,以蜂蛇胶囊结合放疗、化疗进行治疗;对照组单独应用放疗和化疗治疗.观察血象及临床指标的变化,确定蜂蛇胶囊的安全性和疗效.结果表明两组资料经统计学处理有显著性差异(p<0.05).说明蜂蛇胶囊结合化疗、放疗同时治疗胃癌患者疗效显著,实验结果表明无脊髓抑制现象,可降低单纯化疗、放疗所引起的毒副反应,改善患者的生存质量,值得临床推广使用.In this passage, results of reducing toxicity and increasing therapeutic effect were observed by using Fengshe capsule combine with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. 40 pous patients of gastric cancer were chosen as viewing group randomly, treated with Fengshe capsule combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The control group was treat with radiotherapy and chemotherapy solitarily. The security and effect of the capsule were detected by observing the blood change and the change of index of clinic. The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups （p 〈 0.05 ）. The therapeutic effect of Fengshe capsule combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy was pronounced. The capsule can reduce the toxicity caused by radiotherapy or chemotherapy, alternative the survival quality of the patients, and is worth expending in clinic.
