摘　　要：对国外钻机电气安全验收整改条款中的重要条款进行了系统的剖析,提出了我国在钻机安全用电接地(零)保护方面的一些问题和不足。通过对几种接地(零)方式的分析和计算,提出了相应的解决方案,对加快我国涉外钻井机快速开钻具有较大的实际意义。Based on the comprehensive learning and systematic analysis of the international terms and conditions in secure usage of the drill rigs, some questions related to protective grounding of drill rigs in China are put forward to improve. Some practical measures can be adopted for secure use of drill rigs through deep understanding and accurate mathematical calculating about several protective grounding methods. This will undoubtedly play an important role in improving China＇s capability in international market.
