国产洛美沙星的临床和实验研究

摘　　要：报道国产洛美沙星的临床疗效评价以及体外抗菌活性研究。洛美沙星和氧氟沙星随机对照治疗细菌感染性疾病各１００例，洛美沙星治疗组有效率为９２％，细菌清除率为９３．３％，其临床疗效和细菌清除率与对照药氧氟沙星无显著性差别。洛美沙星开放组治疗细菌感染性疾病２００例，有效率为９３．５％，细菌清除率为９０．１％。体外药敏试验结果显示洛美沙星对Ｇ－菌有较强的体外抗菌活性，对多数肠杆菌科细菌ＭＩＣ９０≤２μｇ／ｍｌ，对Ｇ＋菌亦具有一定的抗菌作用。本品的不良反应发生率为７％。Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of domestic lomefloxacin and its in vitro susceptibility test were reported.A randomized clinical trial on the efficacy of domestic lomefloxacin was conducted on 200 patients with infectious diseases using ofloxacin as control,with a effective rate of 92% and a bacterial eradication rate of 93.3% for domestic lomefloxacin and similar results for ofloxacin.In an open study conducted on 200 patients with infectious diseases with a effective rate of 93.5% and a bacterial eradication rate of 90.1% for lomefloxacin.Results of an in vitro antibacterial activities test showed that domestic lomefloxacin is sensitive to most Gram negative bacteria isolated clinically,and has a MIC 90 of less than 2 μg/ml for most species of enterobacteriacae.
