摘  要:为了解决NP难问题的车间天车调度问题,基于元胞自动机方法建立了车间天车调度仿真模型.用工位、天车、物料、作业调度规则描述天车调度系统,将工位作为模型网络的固定节点、天车为移动节点、吊运的物料为运动粒子;根据车间生产的特点设定工位、天车和物料的属性,抽象出该模型的自组织演化机制.以攀钢板坯连铸车间天车调度为对象的仿真实验表明:根据微观动力学局域作用机制和自组织演化思想建立的天车调度仿真模型方法是可行的,能有效模拟车间天车运行情况.In order to crack the NP-hard nuts of crane scheduling in workshop, a model for simulating crane scheduling in workshop is presented based on cellular automata in the paper. The crane scheduling system is composed of operation sites, cranes, materials and scheduling rules of operation tasks. In the simulation model, operation sites are considered as fixed grid nodes, the materials transported as mobile particles, and cranes as movable nodes. The properties of operation sites, cranes, materials are set especially from status in workshop. The self - organized evolution mechanism of the model is obtained from scheduling conditions in the shop. Simulation cases, from crane scheduling of slab continuous-cast shop in Panzhihua Iron and Steel Group Corporation, show that the model of crane scheduling based on cellular automata with local microscopic interaction mechanism and self-organization evolution dynamics is valid. The model is useful for simulating crane scheduling in manufacturing workshop.
