摘　　要：阐述了国家电网公司第一座500 kV无人值守变电站——500 kV惠泉变电站运行管理规范,包含对一、二次设备要求、监控后台界面要求、程序化操作模式要求、变电站的监控、测控五防与程序化操作的执行条件、程序化操作票的编写等内容,以期为今后500 kV无人值守变电站的运行管理提供参考。The operation and management specifications for 500 kV unattended Hniquan Substation, the first 500 kV unattended substation of State Grid, are illuminated, including requirements for primary and secondary equipment, interface requirements for the monitoring back end, requirements for programmed operation modes, the ＂five proof＂ for substation monitoring and implementing conditions for programmed operation, and compiling of programmed operation tickets.
